Cleanest Walmart I've ever been in. Most of the associates are great & seem like they care about the customers. I drive over 30 miles to shop at Summersville Walmart and will not shop at the one 10 miles from me.
These incompetent, good for nothing, lazy tech department workers sold my elderly parents a laptop that was listed as new, but was clearly a return. Not even a refurbished model. I know this, because when it was opened up, there were paper stickers on the laptop itself, no packaging or screen protectors, greasy fingerprints and smears on it, multiple deep scratches, and two giant holes on either corner of the keyboard where it had been dropped and the metal bent and curled upward. They didn’t bother to clean it, open it and check it for damage, or send it off for credit/repair. Absolutely repulsive.

Not a fan of Walmart, but the staff here are almost always super friendly and helpful. It’s also pretty clean for a Walmart and stocked pretty well.
And don’t worry, Walmart tech department in Summersville, WV. The corporate office was the first to be informed about this disgusting flop.
Walmart app does not match store info. I looked up a fan on the app it said several were available at my local store. It was not! After driving 45 minutes to this store to buy a product, I had to go elsewhere. Also the app stated it was on specific aisle it was not I still had to search the store. Luckily I found a friendly elderly associate to help me locate them.

Great Wal-Mart. One of the two nicest Wal-Mart's in our area. In my opinion anyway. Much bigger than the closest one to me in Lewisburg, WV. Clean, friendly, and great selection. Worth the drive.
