The clerks are rude and do not have much technical knowledge. I love the kiosk!
Most of the employees are very nice, some aren't. That's how it is with all stores.
Terrible does not describe the annoyance of having to listen to stupid advertisements when calling the local store number in Summersvile, WV. I have not had a chance to talk to anybody before having to hang up, tired and disappointed. lar, md .
I usually have nothing but good things to say about AT&T stores, but this particular store is filled with employees that like to "feed" you a bunch of half-truth info, rather than providing you with the service that they themselves would want as a customer.
