You are not going to find any other place around a 3-4 county area that offers what The Computer Group offers. They repair, replace and educate. How much more rounded do you need? Teresa Clevenger and her staff have always been top notch. They are very community oriented and The Computer Group is only a call away when you need them. It's truly a "win win" situation when it comes to ANYTHING computer related!
Do not use this business, as they will rip you off, and seem to feel that customer service includes taking advantage of people and being rude to them. My parents took a tower to them to be looked at. They were told the tower was bad and it was going to cost 150 to fix it, but for $200 they could have a "refurbished tower" with more memory. When they got it home, they hooked it up and it would not connect. It kept asking for a password to netgear, when my parents have frontier. They contacted the store and were told it was a problem with frontier. They then contacted frontier, who went over everything with them and determined it was not with them, it was with the tower. My parents contacted the store again and were spoken to as though they were stupid, and told they were just doing it wrong. That frontier does not require a password. No, really? That is exactly what they have been trying to tell you. They then took it back and asked for their money back and were treated rudely by the employee who was working. She got mad when they asked for a receipt, and would not give them their money back or their original tower. I contacted the store, and they then called and told them that they would give them their money and their tower back. When they went in to get it, the employee and manager called my mother mouthy, and basically accused her of lying and said it was working fine there. This is after they had a weekend to work on it.
Teresa and Michael have always been excellent with my Mother. I was in and out of there the other day within 15 min. Thanks and keep up the good work!
