Need to re-do your facility. The Futon couches in the viewing are "rickity". Any you wanted to charge us for bringing our flower arrangements with us to take them to the grave site, but the ones the other florists delivered, you would take them to the cemetery. You may want to rethink your policy. Never heard of such a thing. And $200.00 to do so, SOOO GREEDY. I'm sorry, but I could never recommend your funeral home to anyone. The service was for my mom on 3-16-15. I hope later in your life no one ever puts the screws to you like you tried to do to our family.
