Horrible customer service. They have torn down my phone line twice while delivering buildings out my road. This time they are claiming no responsibility and are very rude saying" well I can't fix it and it's not our problem". I guess they don't mind ripping the roof off of your building when they deliver it, that's probably not their problem either. I realize they can't come out and fix something that doesn't belong to them but maybe if they called frontier and told them about it we may get repaired earlier, now we have to wait, and was a little more sympathetic it would have been nice. I'll definitely remember when I'm in the market for a building.
We had great delivery people! The sales peoples were helpful and nice but not pushy. Our building is exactly what we ordered and looks even better than we hoped! They hurried to get it delivered and set up before bad weather hit. I would recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone interested in purchasing an outbuilding.
