No star should be the option for this review. The broker and agent are clueless about real estate law, negotiation, sales, and closing. The whole experience in purchasing a home was miserable while working with this firm. Both broker and agent were unable to keep the buyer informed during the sales process and could not negotiate a reasonable close process. This firm should not be considered by anyone who wants to sell, or purchase a home. You will be wasting your time and money! Choose a reputable real estate agent and company who will get the job done - this one will not and you will hear nothing but excuses!
