The place is fine for an Applebee's. Clean courteous ect... it's just that Applebee's is a mediocre chain at best. And Summersville is no exception.
Good staff. Very friendly. Nice facility.
I come to this Applebee's quarterly on business. I Sat at the bar, The bartender as always was nice and on point. The Manager as always speaks. The Food was well .. the pork chop bone was very done after asking for it to be cooked light not well.. The Rap coming from the kitchen was louder than the elevator music in the restaurant. The Conversations of the kitchen staff was heard by all at the bar... Not Appropriate...
And before you ask, there isn't a lot of options here for happy hour. I was happy with my drinks, service and overall appearance of the restaurant.
Bathrooms were filthy, poop all over the seat of one, found a hair in my food, they had to bring more to me and then they forgot to give our 10% off for staying at the nearby motel. Bad night.
But Applebee's limited selection and skimpy portions are no fault of the employees.
I want be back....
I give everybody there a 5 star rating. But the chain prevents me from posting such.
