I tried to return a pair of shoes i bought online because they weren't the same size was told I couldn't without the manager there so then I call the manager tell her what the issue was she says bring them back and we will refund your money I told her to make sure her workers know so they will take them back because I alreafy tried once. So while I was there the first time trying to return then I bought another pair just like them because my husband needed shoes lol. So I make another trip in to return the pair that were defective and the manager wasn't there I was told and the worker made me feel like I was trying to rip her off because I brought the defective shoes back in the box I bought the last pair of shoes in. I told her this was getting ridiculous this was the second time I have tried to return these and I also had my receipt where I bought them online, and yet again she gave me attitude and said she wasn't taking them back I had to come back when the manger was there. So I call back the nexred day talk to the manager and she tells me the story she heard from her rude worker and She talks over top of me while I'm trying to tell her my story. I had to wait till she finally quit talking over me and told her I would appreciate the employee being reprimanded she says oh I will lol there was no reason for said employee to be rude to me and act like I was a criminal or something over a stupid pair of shoes. I will never shop at this store again! Worst customer service ever!
The manager is extremely generous and always tries to make every customer happily satisfied.
